It is a fun Christmas maths game that involves children locating Christmas pictures after they have spun a spinner and covering them with hands-on manipulatives such as pompoms, gems, buttons or or transparent tokens.
Once each Christmas picture is covered on the mat, children have completed the game and play again with other Spin & Cover Mats are various colours and difficulty.

How to play?
Spin, find and cover…
- Select a game mat.
- Spin the spinner and locate picture that it lands on.
- Cover 1 picture on the Christmas game mat with a token. Only cover 1 picture at a time. The spinner must land on the same picture again to cover another picture.
- Repeat until the pictures are covered with tokens and try another Spin and Cover Game Mat.
